Toyota key
If you have a Toyota always have a spare key or smart key, it saves alot of issues in the eventn of misplacing your key.
Toyota have an immobiliser system Transponder Key installed from when the vehicle was manufactured in Japan. This system cannot be removed, but the upside is that your car cannot be stolen.
Because of this it's a must to have a spare key available either hidden in the car or put in a safe place that you can access, Toyota keys are not the usual key and have a chip in the Toyota key head that gives the car ECU or immobiliser the signal that it needs to run.
The best advise is to have a spare key copy.
We can supply and program a Toyota key copy from your original and if you have "lost all keys" up we can program a new set of keys into your vehicle usually while u wait.
I can also repair your Toyota remote keys or replace if your original key becomes worn or is broken.
